Preferences & functional — 1 year

Remembers workspace state, layout choices, dark mode toggle, and language/currency display preferences.

Analytics & performance — 90 days to 2 years

Collects aggregated, anonymous usage data, page view counts, feature adoption rates, and error logs to optimise performance.

Affiliate tracking — 30 to 60 days

Tracks referral links and promo code attributes to assign partner commissions to authorised Shongololo Digital Affiliates.

The SalesBook platform utilises the following technical identifiers:

Auth tokens (sb_session_id, jwt_token)

Session identifiers used to keep you securely logged into your account during navigation.

Affiliate ref (sd_aff_id)

First-party tracking cookie storing the referral parameter of an affiliate partner when you register.

Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid)

Standard performance cookies utilised to measure web traffic and load speeds without profiling individual users.

Local storage keys (sb_theme, sb_workspace_cfg)

Browser storage holding UI layout preferences locally on your browser.
