Account & registration information

Business name, contact person name, email address, phone number, and account authentication credentials.

Business & sales data

Client contacts, sales logs, transactions, inventory records, workflow inputs, and custom operational notes entered into SalesBook.

Device & usage information

IP address, browser type, operating system, unique device identifiers, access times, and interaction analytics within the Application.

We process your personal and business data for the following lawful business purposes:

• To provide, operate, maintain, and personalise the SalesBook application and features.
• To execute sales automation, record-keeping, and workflow operations initiated by you.
• To verify identity, provide customer support, and process account transactions.
• To monitor Application performance, detect security incidents, and prevent fraudulent activity.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our End User License Agreement (EULA).

3.1 Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all business records, client lists, and sales content uploaded or created by you within SalesBook. We do not sell or monetise your business data.

3.2 Storage & Transfers: Your data is stored securely in encrypted cloud infrastructure. Where cross-border data transfers occur, we ensure adequate protection measures are in place as required by privacy laws.

We do not share your personal or business data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers

Trusted third-party vendors, cloud hosting providers, and payment processors who assist us in operating the Application under strict confidentiality obligations.

Legal compliance

When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation.

Business transfers

In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition, provided the recipient respects your privacy rights.

We implement robust technical, administrative, and physical security safeguards designed to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These measures include industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS), secure database storage, restricted access controls, and routine security reviews. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We retain your personal and business information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to fulfil the operational purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Upon request for account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your data, unless retention is required by law, tax regulations, or dispute resolution requirements.

SalesBook is intended strictly for commercial and business use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 in relevant jurisdictions). If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our legal obligations, features, or operational practices. When material updates occur, we will notify you through the Application or by email prior to the changes taking effect. The updated date at the top of this document indicates when revisions were last made.
