Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept these Terms in full. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

SalesBook is a digital sales, client tracking, and business management application designed to streamline sales records, customer interaction workflows, and business automation. Shongololo Digital grants you access to the Service as a cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, subject to active account status and compliance with these Terms.

3.1 Account Creation: To access core features, you must create a registered account providing complete and accurate information.

3.2 Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

You agree to use the Service strictly in accordance with applicable laws and business ethics. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or malicious activity.
• Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or operational performance of the Service.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or spam through the application.
• Resell, frame, or mirror any portion of the Service without explicit written authorisation.

Access to certain features or plans requires payment of subscription fees. Fee schedules, billing frequencies, and payment terms are detailed upon plan selection. All financial transactions are governed by these Terms and our official Refund & Return Policy.

6.1 Platform Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including software code, proprietary workflows, user interface designs, trademarks, and logos—are and remain the exclusive property of NUERA WEALTH CODE (PTY) LTD t/a Shongololo Digital.

6.2 User Content: You retain ownership of all data, client contacts, and business records uploaded to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and process User Content solely to provide and maintain the Service.

We strive to maintain high service availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Shongololo Digital reserves the right to modify, update, pause, or discontinue specific features or components of the Service for scheduled maintenance, enhancements, or operational security.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHONGOLOLO DIGITAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL NUERA WEALTH CODE (PTY) LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any material provision of these Terms or engage in illegal or fraudulent behaviour. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in South Africa.
